My story
"You're so skinny!" These are words I'd heard my entire life. That, and unflattering names like "bean pole", "shrimp", and "skeletor". Until one day in 2017, I decided it was time to make a change. Despite knowing nothing about exercise and being painfully insecure about how I looked, I joined a gym. I also started learning about nutrition, calories, and vitamins. I watched every video, read every book, and listened to every podcast I could on getting stronger. I went from 135 lbs at 6'1", to nearly 230 lbs. Friends and family found me completely unrecognizable, even ignoring me in public because they forgot what I looked like! In addition to building muscle and going up 10 pant sizes, I slept better, had more energy, started to like myself, and - let's be honest - I started turning heads. It's been a tough journey with setbacks, injuries, and frustrations, but I never gave up on myself.And I will never give up on you either. I know what it's like to be uncomfortable in your own skin. I know what it's like to be mocked for what your body looks like. But here's the good news: I've done all the hard work of learning how to get lean, strong, and healthy. And now I want to pass that knowledge on to you. I follow the old School approach: no "influencers" wearing nearly nothing at all, no gimmicks, no upsells, no silly new fad routines. Just the basics. Time tested, honest, and real.
